RV Parking Reservation

Overnight Parking Guidelines

• Availability: Parking begins at 4:00 PM on Monday, September 1, 2025.
• Reservations Required: No overnight parking without a paid reservation.
• First Come, First Served: Reservations are made online and are assigned in order of receipt.
  • There are both Electric and Non-Electric sites in the store.
• Refund Policy:
  • No refund requests after the entry closing date.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued after the show ends.
• Parking Assignments:
  • Locations with electricity are based on breed shown and reservation timing.
  • We cannot guarantee placement near your breed but will try to accommodate requests.
  • Requests for specific RV sites will be honored based on availability at the time the request is received.
  • RVs longer than 50 feet are required to reserve and pay for two sites.
• Vehicle Requirements:
  • All units must be self-contained.
  • No greywater or sanitary tank discharge—a dump site is available 10 AM – 6 PM near Stampede Arena. A “Honey Wagon” will make periodic rounds of the park during the show.
  • Vehicles over 50 feet will not be parked in the Ovals.
  • Vehicles assigned to spaces around the Ovals must be parked by 10 PM on Wednesday September 3, 2025
  • Pop-outs require owner-provided cones beneath the extended section.
  • All setup must remain within your assigned space or marked site boundaries. For fire safety, double-parking outside of designated sites is strictly prohibited.
  • 50 AMP spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, determined by the date and time of your online reservation. Once all 50 AMP spaces are filled, you will be assigned a 30 AMP space.
  • Operation of generators is limited to the hours of 6 am – 10 pm
  • RVs using generators must have exhaust hoses or vertical stacks installed
• Parking Rules:
  • Stay within your assigned space.
  • Clean up your area—trash dumpsters are available throughout the park.
  • Parking is directed by ECKC Staff & Security.
• To Park Next to a Friend:
  • Submit online reservations together in the same order or immediately after each other.
  • Request to be set up together in your reservation.
  • We will do our best to accommodate, but placement is not guaranteed.
• Confirmation:
  • Online orders receive email confirmation.
  • You will receive a separate email with your site assignment at a later date.
• Incorrect/Incomplete Reservations:
  • You may be moved to overflow or best available parking upon arrival.
• Policy Enforcement:
  • RV Parking is a privilege granted by ECKC.
  • Violations of these rules may result in a Bench Show Hearing.

How to Reserve an RV Parking Space:

• Reservations are available to purchase in the store.
• Online Store: Click RV Parking Reservation and choose the Electric or Dry Camping option, and check out (includes a transaction fee), using either PayPal or Credit Card.
