ECKC 2026 Reserved Grooming - WAITING LIST
Order your desired quantity. The Grooming Chair will contact you by email and tell you how many spaces you have. You will then be directed to where to pay online.
Evergreen Colorado Kennel Club will have a limited number of reserved grooming spaces available. Spaces measure approximately 5’ X 10’. The cost is $50 per space for the entire show weekend (plus online fee).
Access to both buildings is at 4:00 pm on Wednesday, September 2nd, 2026. Dogs cannot be left in the building overnight.
💲 Price: $50 per space (plus transaction fee; covers the entire event)
📅 Move-in: After 4:00 PM on Wednesday, September 2
All pre-paid grooming spaces must be purchased by EOD August 24th.
Grooming Space Refunds must be requested on or before August 24th.
I understand that this reservation will be accepted on a first come, first received basis, and that I will accept the space I am assigned.
We will make every effort to put people together, put people near their rings, or meet other requests.

OVERNIGHT CRATING - Dogs may be left overnight ONLY in paid Reserved Grooming buildings (Events Center & Exhibition Hall). Each crate must be clearly labeled with:
- Dog's name
- Owner's or agent's name
- Emergency cell phone number
Buildings will be CLOSED, LOCKED AND MONITORED BY SECURITY from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. No admittance will be permitted during these hours except in an emergency authorized by Show Officials or security personnel. Dogs are left overnight at the owner's/agent’s sole risk. Evergreen Colorado Kennel Club, Island Grove Regional Park, the Superintendent, Show Committee, security personnel, and event officials assume no responsibility or liability for the care, custody, loss, theft, damage, injury, illness, or death of any dog, or for any personal property left on the show grounds.
